Andrea Bressanelli
After studying Nordic literatures in Italy and Sweden and working in marketing, I chose to dive into food head first, graduating from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy, with a Master’s in World Food Cultures and Mobility.
I’ve been a board member for Slow Food Stockholm and I’ve worked on gastronomic tourism and communication projects in collaboration with Slow Food Taitung and 津和堂 (Co-Create Planning and Design Consultancy) in Taiwan. Most recently, I’ve been collaborating with Falstaff on the launch of the magazine’s Italian version.
A big fan of artichokes - but really anything smoked, bitter or spicy - I’m passionate about the cultural side of food and I have extensive experience in food research, writing and editing.
